Hi, I'm Simon Grimm.
I build apps and write about what happens when ideas meet real users. My current focus is shipping products with AI in the loop, and sharing the parts most people usually leave out.
I'm the creator of Tiny Harvest, an indie game I built in public, and Galaxies.dev, where I teach developers how to actually ship apps that survive outside tutorials.
After growing a 120k+ YouTube audience, I shifted from mostly teaching into building first. I still teach, but now the writing and videos come from products I'm actively shipping, breaking, and rebuilding.
